We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong full-cycle accounting experience to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close activities, cost accounting functions, financial reporting support, and partnering with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
? Manage full-cycle accounting processes
? Prepare and support month-end and year-end close
? Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
? Analyze and maintain product cost and inventory records
? Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
? Review inventory transactions and cost allocations
? Support audits and compliance requirements
? Partner closely with the Controller on accounting operations
? Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies
? 5+ years of accounting experience
? Full-cycle accounting expertise
? Cost accounting and/or inventory accounting experience
? Strong ERP and systems skills; highly system savvy
? Manufacturing environment experience preferred
? Food & Beverage Manufacturing experience highly preferred
? Experience with Sage X3 is a plus, but not required
? Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Experience working with inventory-intensive environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
